How The Process Works

PC&A engagements begin with a brief qualification step to confirm scope and alignment.

If your inquiry appears to be a fit:

  • You may be invited to schedule a paid Advisory Scoping Call
  • The purpose of that call is to clarify the decision context, scope, and expectations
  • No consulting work begins without a defined scope and written agreement

If the inquiry is not a fit, you may be directed to a more appropriate resource.

Scope of Services

This practice provides consulting and advisory services focused on organizational analysis and decision support. Services are consultative in nature and do not include therapy, counseling, or coaching. Consulting and therapeutic services are maintained as entirely separate professional roles.

Advisory Scoping Call

If appropriate and approved, the next step is a paid Advisory Scoping Call. The purpose of this call:

  • Confirm whether an engagement is appropriate
  • Clarify scope and decision context
  • Determine whether to proceed

Fee: $350

(Optional: Applied toward a subsequent engagement if one moves forward.)
